Exclusive Property Management

Exclusive Property Management will assist the Board with:
Maintaining the associations records at Exclusive’s office and making files available
in accordance with Florida statutes to all owners;
Postings, notices, and board meeting minutes and their archival;
Correspondence between board and other individuals or entities;
Obtaining adequate insurance to protect association’s assets and members in
accordance with Florida statutes;
Claims processing and obtaining necessary inspections, estimates, or records;
Reporting any and all incidents regarding the association or its property;
Investigating written and signed complaints regarding violations of association’s
documents and then reporting findings to Board;
Enforcing rules and regulations through timely notices and violation letters;
Legislation which affects the association’s operation;
Formulating resolutions to policy or administrative matters;
Monthly and annual meeting preparations and distribution of notices and packages
when applicable.
