All work orders are tracked in your community’s database and tracked until
completed. If requested, our Customer Service Representatives can provide you
with an order number that allows you to get status updates of your request.
Monthly work order reports are available and can be included in your monthly
board meeting package.
We also have an after hours call service that can assist with emergencies by
directing an on call maintenance person to your community (additional charges
apply). In home emergencies should be directed to the appropriate service
personnel.
